Rage559 Sprite choice 2

I made this sprite on the note that he wasn't happy with the sprite and niether was I. So i serched around the web to see some sprites that i can use for him i ended up getting a Guilty Gear Sprite (i think, i've never played Guilty Gear) and i thought it was absolutly hilarious. I mean a man with a bag on his head carrying a giant Exacto Knife it was perfect, and much better quality then the Dan sprite i made him berfore.

As far as the changes go i think they are pretty obvious so i won't bother listing them but i will ask what this character is named seriously what is it?
